LEGAL & TRUST

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

1. Introduction

At Zeupiter ("we," "our," "us"), we value your trust and are fully committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, how we store and process it, and your legal rights regarding your personal and operational data when using the Zeupiter Platform, the Gladius API, the Jupiter AI interfaces, the Zeus Dashboard, or any of our related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

To run, deploy, and audit autonomous agent workflows at scale, we collect two primary categories of information:

  • Account Information: Personal identifiers such as your name, corporate email address (including communications directed to hi@zeupiter.com), payment details, and billing records required to create and support your account.
  • Operational & Telemetry Data: Information generated when executing workflows, including Gladius SDK tool execution requests, agent prompt configurations, metadata about swarm runs, token utility metrics, and live visual stream outputs generated within the Magine Sandbox system.

3. How We Use Data

We use the information we collect for the following essential operational and security activities:

  • To host, run, and scale your autonomous AI swarms dynamically across our distributed coordinate infrastructure.
  • To generate high-speed Gladius API responses and optimize routing speeds.
  • To maintain complete audit logs and deterministic telemetry tracking so developers can inspect autonomous agent actions.
  • To analyze platform utilization trends, track bills, and protect against security escalations or usage abuse.

4. Sandbox & SDA Security

A major portion of Zeupiter's infrastructure is dedicated to executing Sight Driven Agents (SDAs) securely inside isolated virtual environments known as Magine Sandboxes.

All visual captures, telemetry checkpoints, and terminal execution traces rendered during an active SDA workspace simulation are isolated entirely to that private workspace. This data is cryptographically separated, preventing cross-tenant access. It is retained strictly based on your compliance configurations and is never used to train open models without your explicit permission.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or operational data to third parties. We only share information under the following limited conditions:

  • Authorized Subprocessors: Secure infrastructure partners, including cloud GPU providers and foundational model hosting grids, who act as subprocessors strictly under legal compliance policies.
  • Legal Compliance: If required to comply with an enforceable legal demand, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect the safety of our systems, users, or the public.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your global location, you may have specific data rights under regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA, including the right to request access to your personal data, seek corrections, request erasure, restrict processing, or export complete trace logs.

To request any action regarding your data, or to obtain our data subprocessor list, please contact our privacy compliance team directly at hi@zeupiter.com.

7. Contact Us
