Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zeupiter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeupiter platform, websites, developer SDKs, Gladius APIs, and our visual orchestration systems (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, initiating, or deploying AI agents on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Swarm Deployment

To deploy autonomous agents or establish multi-agent coordinate networks on Zeupiter, you must create a secure developer account. You agree to safeguard your credentials and API keys at all times.

Billing Model and Consumption Rates:

  • Pay-As-You-Go Plan: Billing is metered and based strictly on the volume of compute, API requests, execution time, and model tokens consumed by your active agents.
  • Enterprise Swarms Plan:Enterprise subscriptions are customized contracts allowing you to swarm 1,000+ agents concurrently. Enterprise workloads execute on isolated GPU-based mesh instances and utilize specialized mini-models fine-tuned exclusively on your organization's proprietary workflow telemetry.

3. SDK and API Licensing

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zeupiter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our @zeupiter/sdk package and access our Gladius APIs solely for building, testing, and scaling your autonomous workflows.

You agree not to reverse engineer the core Zeupiter dispatch grid, distribute modified or malicious variants of our developer libraries, or use our APIs to bypass system-wide safety guardrails, rate-limiters, or consumption checks.

4. Sandbox Security & Containment

Sight Driven Agents (SDAs) running on Zeupiter are processed inside Magine's clean, sandboxed browser runtimes. Magine's containment system is designed to prevent lateral network escalations and shield host environments.

As a developer, you agree:

  • Not to program agents to intentionally violate external website terms of service, execute distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) campaigns, or target secure digital assets without explicit authorization.
  • To maintain strict policy boundaries and parameter limits on all deployed agent tools.
  • That Zeupiter reserves the right to suspend or terminate any active swarm that breaches sandbox boundaries or exhibits malicious agentic behaviors.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom agent code, proprietary prompts, Zeus graph configurations, and workflow automation logic that you author remain your sole property. Zeupiter claims no ownership over your agents or their execution outputs.

Zeupiter retains all right, title, and interest in and to our core platform, our visual Zeus builder layout, @zeupiter/sdk packages, Gladius APIs, Magine sandbox technologies, and our official brand assets (including our wordmarks and globe logo).

6. Limitations of Liability

THE ZEUPITER PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEUPITER AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF AGENT TELEMETRY FAILURES, MODEL HALTING, OR SANDBOX SUSPENSIONS.
